From the time Wesley was a toddler, a fine cup of rooibos has been the quiet anchor in his day - a grounding presence so constant it is hard to remember a time without it. Years later, in Paris, that fine ritual took on a new shape. After he met Maggie, a solitary comfort quickly became a shared one: a fine, warm pot on the table through cold Parisian winters. When they moved to Hong Kong, they brought this fine tradition with them, only to find the city’s heat called for something more refreshing - something cold, bright, & considered, with a little lift of fine bubbles.
That longing became FINE BUSH. Born from South Africa’s ancient fynbos (‘fine bush’) Floral Kingdom & crafted for Hong Kong’s fine, fast-paced city life, FINE BUSH is a sparkling rooibos and honeybush tea that turns any moment into a fine act of indulgence - naturally caffeine‑free, rich in antioxidants, low in sugar & calorie, & made with fine care.

Hong Kong is a city of fine moments between moments — the mid-morning walk, the lunch that has to be short, the rooftop hour after work. We designed FINE BUSH for these fine in-between spaces: sparkling enough to feel considered, soft enough to drink at any time, & caffeine-free, so you decide when your day ends.

FINE BUSH is brewed in a fine craft beverage factory in Hong Kong using loose-leaf rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) or honeybush (Cyclopia spp.), sourced from the oldest & finest rooibos farming co-operative in South Africa.
Unlike conventional tea, these fine plants are naturally caffeine-free & low in bitter tannins & oxalic acid. Their gentle sweetness, warm aromatics, & smooth, low-bitterness character make them easy to enjoy at fine anytime — & the reason we knew they would make such fine sparkling tea.
Bringing FINE BUSH to life took more than 200 kitchen & factory trials. We searched far & wide for the right fruit & floral notes to complement the natural character of these fine plants.
The end result is a collection of bright, balanced recipes, brought alive with refreshing bubbles, & where the rooibos & honeybush are always the FINE BUSH hero.
